In the Night is a short film written and directed by Joshua Erkman, starring Keir O'Donnell and Rob Zabrecky.  Featuring an original score by Umberto and the song "Ghost" by Ty Segall.  

In the Night has screened at the following film festivals: Vancouver International Film Festival, New Hampshire Film Festival, Los Angeles' Shriekfest, Spain’s Molin’s De Rei Horror Film Festival, and The Holly Shorts Film Festival in Los Angeles.

In 2015, the illustrious Death Waltz Recording Co. released a limited edition single featuring Umberto's score composed for In the Night.
